WET WEATHER: In the unfortunate event that the forecast states that it is going to be raining on the day of your party and you don’t want the inflatable, just call us within 24 hours of the booking day and we can try and reschedule your booking for you.

Indoor Hire: This kit can be hired indoors but this unit requires 12ft clear space above.

Also Inform us if there are any steps to manoeuvre prior to delivery. Some units are extremely heavy.

Outdoor Hire: We always recommend that our kit is put on grass so that it can be anchored down securely.

Please allow a 3ft clear pathway for delivery. Remove all "stuff" which could block the access route before delivery.

GARDEN & OUTDOOR HIRE

If you are booking this bouncy castle for a Birthday party at home in your garden, please make sure your grass area is the required size and is level. The bouncy castle must be setup in a location away from trees and bushes.

INDOOR HIRE VENUES

Most of our castles are the perfect size to fit into most venues. It is very important you double check the sizes with your chosen venue before booking.
